What does Nayaria actually do?

It answers your buyers for you, on web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls, in seconds, at any hour, using your real inventory so it never overpromises. It qualifies them, books site visits, and hands anything sensitive to your team.

Do I have to be technical to use it?

No. The fastest setup is to paste your website address and the assistant learns your projects from your own pages. You can add or correct anything in plain language in your portal. We connect the heavier channels with you.

How fast can I go live?

Pick a plan and you are set up the same day. The assistant starts answering on your website chat immediately; other channels switch on as they are connected.

What does it cost?

A simple monthly plan with a generous included volume of conversations, messages, and voice minutes. One invoice a month, payable online. If you run past your included volume your buyers never notice, and we offer an honestly-priced add-on or the next plan.

Will it ever make something up?

No. Every price, unit, and date comes from your live data. If it does not have a confident, sourced answer, it says so honestly and arranges for a person to follow up. A separate check catches any figure that is not backed by your data before it reaches a buyer.

Whose phone number and call charges are these?

Yours. You connect your own number and carrier, so your calling charges stay on your own bill at your own rates, the same as today. We are the AI voice layer on top, not your phone company, so there is no minute markup from us. Prefer us to set up a number for you? That is an optional managed add-on, billed to you as a pass-through.

Which languages does it speak?

In chat, it replies in your buyer's own language across virtually every market. On live voice calls it speaks the languages we voice at high quality, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean, and more are added over time. It is always honest when something is being translated.

Is my data safe and compliant?

Yes. Consent is recorded for every conversation, opt-outs are honored instantly, local calling hours are respected, and personal data is handled under the law that applies where each buyer is, including the EU's GDPR, India's DPDP Act, the US's CCPA and comparable regimes. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Do I have to manage it day to day?

No. It runs itself and sends you a plain-language briefing each month showing exactly what it did. The only time it needs you is when a buyer asks to meet you in person.
